To register for either Summer Community Service Program Project (entering grades 7 to 12) call OSYFS between 9 am - 5 pm weekdays to make sure there is still room. Then print and complete the attached permission form and return it to OSYFS with your payment by June 1st.
Due to space limits, youth may initially register for one project. They may be waitlisted for a second project.
